RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine: 

  • 2oz Plantation Rum
  • .75oz Coconut Mix
  • .75oz Mango Juice
  • .5oz Lemongrass and sweat pea syrup
  • .5oz Velvet Falernum
  • .25 Melon Liqueur

Add ice. Shake to chill and incorporate and the strain into an ACGT glass. Fill 2/3 with ice

Garnish: sliced mango skewer and crushed ice

OR

In a shaking tin, combine: 

  • 2oz Plantation Rum
  • 1.5oz Spirits Batch
  • .5oz Lemongrass and sweat pea syrup
  • .75oz Juice Batch Batch

Add ice. Shake to chill and incorporate and the strain into an ACGT glass. Fill 2/3 with ice

Garnish: sliced mango skewer and crushed ice

Juice:

  • 15 oz Coconut mix
  • 15 oz mango puree

Yield 30 oz

Spirits:

  • 20 oz velvet falernum
  • 10 oz Melon Liqueur
