RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:

- 2 oz Rosemary Gentian Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon

Add ice. Shake to chill and combine.
Strain into a Highball glass

- Top with 4 oz Soda
- Fill with fresh ice

Garnish: Rosemary Spring
