Rosemary Gentian Syrup

ingredients

1 Tablespoon Gentian Root
1/4 cup packed Rosemary leaves, destemmed (about 6 stems)
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Hot water

preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let steep for 20 minutes.

Strain, label, and refrigerate

Lasts 3 days and then flavors start to fade
