Bourbon, Rhubarb Amaro, Atxa White, Lemon, Mint, Club Soda
In a Metal Shaker, combine the following:
2 oz Cocktail Batch
.5oz fresh lemon juice
.7oz lemon/honey syrup
5 mint leaves
*add ice but do not over fill
*shake hard for at least 15 seconds to incorporate mint
Double strain in to a Tubo glass
Top with soda until glass is just above half full
Fill with fresh ice
Garnish: mint sprig
In a quart container, combine: ·
14 ounces Cappelletti Amaro Sfumato ·
10.5 ounces Kings County Bourbon ·
3.5 ounces Atxa White Vermouth
Prepare 2 at a time, label and date. *Store refrigerated at the bar.
