GLASS
Combine in a shaking tin. DO NOT SHAKE. Add ice and pour into a sangria glass. Pour back into the shaking tin and then back into the glass to chill and combine without dilution.
Garnish: Plum mini-cubes soaked in brandy
BRANDY SOAKED PLUMS
- Cut 4 plums into 1/2 inch cubes (bite sized, similar in size to our regular sangria fruit)
- Put into a quart container and top with 4 oz of Sangria Brandy
- Let it sit in the walk-in overnight
- After 24 hours-ish, strain the brandy off and reserve it to use in the sangria
- Keep the plums for garnish. The plums will last 5 days
