6 Liters White Wine
2.25 Liters Barbiana Manzanilla Sherry
2 Liters Vodka
1 Liter Lemon Juice (strained)
1.25 Liter Simple Syrup
.5 Liter Cucumber Juice (strained)
1.75 Liter Melon Puree [ Boiron ‘Melon’ Puree - frozen (cantaloupe) ]
Cucumber Juice:
Peel 4 whole cucumbers, cut in to small pieces
Using the blender, blend the cucumber pieces until completely juiced
Strain the juice
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour in to quart containers, label, date, and store refrigerated.
Garnish: 2 cucumber slices. **No club soda
