5 Liters Rosé Wine
1 Liter Lime Juice (one bottle)
1 Liter Triple Sec
3 Cup Vodka
1 Cup Simple Syrup
2 ounces Pernod or other Anissette
Liquid reserved from the cherries*
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour in to quart containers, label, date, and store refrigerated.
Fill glass or pitcher with ice, then add:
¾ Sangria mixture
¼ Cava
Stir to incorporate the cava
Garnish:
Scoop of the cherries, with a small amount of the liquid
For a pitcher, add 3 lime wheels! (no lime wheel for a glass)
