For the Peaches
Fill quart containers with frozen peach wedges
Cover peaches in mixture of ½ simple syrup and ½ bourbon
Add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Label and date.
Note: Some of the peaches will be used as a garnish for the sangria while the rest will be pureed and mixed into the sangria during preparation.
For the Sangría
6 Liters White Wine (8 750ml bottles or 6.35 Quarts)
4 Quarts Bourbon peaches pureed
½ Gallon Orange Juice
1 Quart Lemon Juice
750ml Bourbon
750ml Triple Sec
Combine above ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour in to quart containers, label, date, and store refrigerated.
