BASE
• 3 Liters White Wine
• .5 Liter Whiskey (17oz)
• 375ml Brandy (12.5oz)
• 375ml Velvet Falernum (.5 bottle ot 12.5oz)
• .5 Gallon Apple Cider (2 quarts or 64oz)
• 375ml Spiced Demerara Syrup (12.5oz)
• 125ml Lemon Juice (4.25 oz)
• .5 tablespoon vanilla extract
• Combine above ingredients and mix thoroughly.
• Pour in to quart containers, label, date, and store refrigerated.
Glass:
• Pour 4.5 oz of Base into a sangria glass
• Fill with ice
• Top with 1.5 oz Isastegi
Garnish: A fan of 3 apple slices
Pitcher:
• Pour 24 oz of Base into a sangria pitcher
• Fill with ice
•Top with 8 oz of Isastegi
Garnish: A fan of 6 apple slices
