Za'atar spiced, roasted and tossed in a sweet & sour Pedro Ximenez reduction topped with fresh cilantro

Chicken wings made better with some really fun ingredients. Pedro Ximénez is a naturally rich and velvety style of sherry, and the glaze really compliments the zesty chicken. We definitely recommend these with a cold glass of white wine or our shishito margarita.

- Za'atar Wings - 5 ea
- Agridulce - 1 oz
- Cilantro "tree" - 1 Ea

procedure
- Cook wings in fryer at 375 for 3 minutes, until slightly crispy and hot through out
- Put the agridulce in a mixing bowl then add the wings and toss to evenly coat the wings
- Stack in a round deep bowl
- Garnish with a large cilantro sprig

- AGRIDULCE SHOULD BE THICK AND FULLY EMUSLFIFIED. IT SHOULD NOT BE SEPERATING OR HAVE AN OILY APPEARANCE
- DO NOT PUT MORE THAN 2 ORDERS IN A MIXING BOWL AT ONE TIME
- MAKE SURE TO WIPE THE BOWL AFTER EVERY FEW ORDERS SO THAT RESIDUAL SAUCES DON'T ADD UP
