Za'atar spiced, roasted and tossed in a sweet & sour Pedro Ximenez reduction topped with fresh cilantro

Chicken wings made better with some really fun ingredients. Pedro Ximénez is a naturally rich and velvety style of sherry, and the glaze really compliments the zesty chicken. We definitely recommend these with a cold glass of white wine or our shishito margarita.

procedure
  1. Cook wings in fryer at 375 for 3 minutes, until slightly crispy and hot through out
  2. Put the agridulce in a mixing bowl then add the wings and toss to evenly coat the wings
  3. Stack in a round deep bowl
  4. Garnish with a large cilantro sprig

  • AGRIDULCE SHOULD BE THICK AND FULLY EMUSLFIFIED. IT SHOULD NOT BE SEPERATING OR HAVE AN OILY APPEARANCE
  • DO NOT PUT MORE THAN 2 ORDERS IN A MIXING BOWL AT ONE TIME
  • MAKE SURE TO WIPE THE BOWL AFTER EVERY FEW ORDERS SO THAT RESIDUAL SAUCES DON'T ADD UP
