• 2 TBSP BUTTER

• Put the sugar and a little water in a sautée pan
cook until the sugar is golden brown
• Add the heavy cream while mixing with a wisk
• Remove from the heat and add butter
• Keep mixing until smooth
• Reserve in squeeze bottle (do not put in fridge)
