1/2 qt crème fraiche
1qt sour cream
1/2 t white pepper
1/4 t nutmeg
2oz lardon
1/2oz sliced, thin spanish onion s
prinkle chives
naan bread
Salt to taste
-In a bowl, mix sour cream and crème fraiche thoroughly.
-Season with salt, white pepper and nutmeg.
-Cut slab bacon into 1/4" slices. Cut the into 1/4" pieces across the grain of the bacon.
-Thinly slice Spanish onions on a mandolin.
-Pre-bake naan until slightly crispy.
