- Bilboa Chorizo: 2 pieces, 0.5oz each
- Garlic Aioli: 1 tsp
- Salsa Verder Moruno: 1 tsp
- Blended oil: 2 tsp
- Baguette Bread: 2 pieces - 2.5inch by 0.5 inch thick each

- Butterfly the chorizo lengthwise
- Sear the chorizo on the plancha with blended oil, ensuring caramelization on each side
- Toast the baguette bread on the plancha with olive oil ( the bread can be toasted before the event and just reheated when needed in the oven)
- On each piece of bread; spread 1/2 oz of aioli, top with 1 butterflied chorizo, and finish with 1/2 oz of salsa verde moruno
