  • Butterfly the chorizo lengthwise ​
  • Sear the chorizo on the plancha with blended oil, ensuring caramelization on each side ​
  • Toast the baguette bread on the plancha with olive oil ( the bread can be toasted before the event and just reheated when needed in the oven)​
  • On each piece of bread; spread 1/2 oz of aioli, top with 1 butterflied chorizo, and finish with 1/2 oz of salsa verde moruno ​
