  • Spray a 2oz soufflé paper cup and pour in 1.5oz of tarta vasca mix.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 425°F, zero humidity, and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool to room temperature and then move to the refrigerator to chill for about 2 hours. Coolign the tarta will mae it easier to remove the paper cup.
  • Using a pastry bag, add ½ tsp of Chantilly to the cake and top with 1/8 of a macerated strawberry
