  • 1 full pint (75g) cleaned, sliced kale (1/4 inch slices)
  • 1 tbsp (14g) pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp (20g) raisins
  • 4 pc (45g) pink grapefruit supremes, cut in half (8 halves)
  • A few sprigs (less 1g) dill
  • 2 fl oz (50g) Del Momento Dressing
  • 1/2 (65g) small avocado, diced
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

procedure
  • Mix the kale, del momento dressing, pine nuts and raisins in a bowl.
  • Add salt, to taste. Make sure is well-seasoned.
  • Place on a plate.
  • Garnish the salad with the grapefruit supremes & diced avocado.
  • Place dill on top of grapefruit & avocado.
