•300 gr butter "pomada"
•220 gr confectionary sugar
•4 eggs
•4 egg yolk
•400 gr flour
•4 gr baking powder
Meringue:
•150 gr egg white
•300 gr sugar
•Mix butter and sugar in mixer until smooth
• Add eggs and yolks one by one
• Add flour and baking powder passed through chinoise
• Make a meringue with egg whites and sugar
• add meringue to the mix and integrate with a spatula
• put in pastry bags
• over a parchment paper put the dough in two half hotel pan
• cook at 320F for 15 minutes
