• 100 gr Flour
• 100 gr Almond Flour
• 100 gr Butter
• 100 gr Brown sugar
• 1/2 vanilla bean
• 1 tsp ground coffee
• Dice the butter (small)
• Mix all of the dry products in a mixing bowl until all the ingredients are mixed (about 1 minute).
• Add the diced butter and keep mixing until the butter is integrated but still crumbled.
• Put on a tray with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 320ºF until golden brown.
