- 4 Medium Tomatillos
- 3 Jalapenos
- 1 Cup Cilantro with stems
- 2 Tablespoons salt
- 1/4 cup water

PROCEDURE
- Peel Tomatillo and place on grill to char.
- Remove Stems from Jalapeno and place on Grill to char.
- Remove Jalapeno seeds and place in blender with tomatillo, cilantro, salt and water.
- Pulse Blender until sauce is smooth.
- Taste and adjust for salt.
- Set aside and cool down
