• 2 quarts dried figs, stems removed, cut in half
• ½ pint sherry vinegar

PROCEDURE

Place figs in a 3 QT saucepan, add figs and vinegar, then cover with water and plastic wrap.  Place on a sizzle platter on the stove and cook for 2 hours.  Process in Robot Coupe.
