In a Copa/globe wine glass, combine the following:
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Cranberry Infised BCN Gin
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Rosemary Syrup
- 3 oz Gun Tonic
Stir briefly to incorporate
Garnish: 2 Fresh Cranberries and a Charred Rosemary Sprig
Cranberry Infused BCN Gin
Emulsify Cranberries in a food processor
Combine with gin and let steep for 24 hours, fine strain
Yield: 1L
Rosemary Syrup
Combine and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let steep for 20 minutes, and then strain.
Yield: 1 quart
