Build in a globe wine glass

  • 2 oz BCN Gin
  • .75 oz Rosemary Orange Syrup
  • .5 Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Gun Tonic

Fill 2/3 with ice
Garnish: Slice of orange and rosemary sprigs

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Rosemary Orange Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • .5 cup white sugar
  • 2 Rosemary sprigs
  • Peel of one whole orange

Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan
Simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, quart, and label
