RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:

  • 2 oz Mahón Gin
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

Add ice, shake to chill and combine. Strain into a globe wine glass

  • Top with 1.5 oz Gun Tonic
  • Drop .25 oz of Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup in the center of the drink

Garnish: Butterfly pea flowers and mint.

*The drink will change colors when the guest stirs in the pea flower syrup

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup

  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 cups hot water
  • 1/4 cup butterfly pea flowers

Let steep for 15 minutes. Cool, strain, label and date.

Yield: 1/2 quart
