In a shaking tin, combine the following:
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz BCN Gin
- .75 oz Fennel Syrup
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
Add ice. Stir to chill and combine
- Top with 3 oz gun tonic
Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice
Fellen Syrup
Boil for 10 minutes. Let steep for 30 minutes. Strain, label, date.
Yield: 1 quart
