Build in a globe wine glass

  • 2 oz Mahón Gin
  • .5 oz Barbiana Manzanilla
  • .5 oz Spiced Syrup
  • 3 dashes Peychauds Bitters
  • 3.5 oz Gun Tonic

Fill 2/3 with ice
Garnish: 2 apple slices, 2 star anise, and 1 cinnamon stick

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Spiced Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar in the raw
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 star anise
  • 1/2 green apple

Combine and let steep for 24 hours. Strain, label and date
Yield: 1 Pint
