An upgrade to the classic White Negroni. The infused Gin adds delicious toasty and slightly tropical notes, balanced by the anise from the Aveze liqueur.

RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a mixing glass, combine: 

  • 1 oz Toasted Coconut Infused Gin
  • 1 oz Aveze liquor
  • 1 oz Cocchi americano

Add ice. Stir to chill and incorporate and the strain into a rocks glass. Add a large ice cube

Garnish: grapefruit peel

  • 10 oz Toasted Coconut Infused Gin
  • 10 oz Aveze Liquor
  • 10 oz Cocchi Americano

Yield 30oz

Infused Gin Recipe:

In a Cambro, weigh Brooklyn Gin and add 10% coconut flakes of the weight of the Gin. Place in freezer and let sit for 12 hours (Preferably overnight)
