2 oz Cocktail Batch
.8 oz Fuji apple juice
.3 oz fresh lemon juice
.7 oz Apple-Guindilla Pepper Syrup
*shake for at least 15 seconds to incorporate
Double strain in to a Coupe
Garnish: One brandied cherry on a skewer
In a quart container, combine: ·
14 ounces Bourbon (NY: Kings County / DC: Filibuster / CHI: Old Forester)·
14 ounces El Dorado 8yr
Prepare 2 at a time, label and date. *Store refrigerated at the bar.
