RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a  Tubo, combine the following:          

        2.25 oz Cocktail Batch              

        .5 oz fresh lemon juice          

2 oz Thistle Tonic          

1.5 oz Club Soda      

Top with ice. Stir for 10  seconds to chill the cocktail and incorporate ingredients        

Garnish: Cucumber ribbon

RECIPE FOR BATCH

In a quart  container, combine:    ·    

         12 oz  Chareau    ·    

         9 oz Atxa White Vermouth    ·    

         6 oz Seedlip 'Garden'        

Prepare 2 at a time, label and date. *Store refrigerated at the bar.                  

     *Yield = 12 cocktails
