.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz Thistle Tonic
1.5 oz Club Soda
Top with ice. Stir for 10 seconds to chill the cocktail and incorporate ingredients
Garnish: Cucumber ribbon
In a quart container, combine: ·
12 oz Chareau ·
9 oz Atxa White Vermouth ·
6 oz Seedlip 'Garden'
Prepare 2 at a time, label and date. *Store refrigerated at the bar.
