RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:        
1.5 oz Gosslings Aged Rum
1.5 oz Amontillado Sherry
1 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Orange Juice

• Build in a shaking tin, add ice, shake
• Strain into ACGT glass over fresh ice

Finish with 20 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: Dehydrated orange and mint sprig
