Flatiron Spring Gin Tonic - Grapefruit and Rosemary

BCN is distilled in the mountains of Priorat and is Barcelona’s favorite gin. Distilled from a natural spring, all of the botanicals used in the gin are from Priorat - juniper, rosemary, fennel, pine, lemon and (rather uniquely) figs. These botanicals are combined with lemon peel from the south to create a gin that is fragrant, with an abundance of fruit and herbaceousness.

-Add ice to Copa glass.  Glass should be almost full

-Add 2 oz BCN Gin

-4 oz Fever Tree Mediiiterraanean Tonic

-Stir and garnish with a grapefruit slice & sprig of rosemary (rolled between palms)
