In a shaking tin combine:
1 oz Cimarron Blanco Tequila
1 oz Madre Ensamble Mezcal
1 oz Honey-Pineapple-Pink Peppercorn Syrup
.75 oz Pineapple juice
.5 oz Lime
6 dashes Spicy Tincture
• Build in a shaking tin, add ice, shake
• Strain into chilled coupe
• Garnish: A Pinch of Crushed Pink Peppercorns
