Ketel One Vodka, Hibiscus, Yellow Chartreuse, Lime, Egg Whites
In a shaker tin, combine:
1.5 oz Ketel One vodka
.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz egg whites
.5 oz hibiscus tea syrup
• Dry shake then shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe
• Garnish: Hibiscus powder
• Egg whites can be separated and slightly whipped ahead of time and stored for 12 hours.
