RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

Build in a globe glass:

  • 2 oz BCN Gin
  • .5 oz St. Elder Pampelmousse
  • .75 oz Grapefruit Shrub

Add ice and stir briefly to incorporate

  • Top with 2 oz Gun Tonic

Garnish: Grapefruit Peel with Raspeberries Skewer, Dehydrated Grapefruit Half Wheel

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Grapefruit Shrub

  • Take 1 grapefruit, fully peeled and seeded.
  • Cut it into segments and mash it up
  • Measure how much grapefruit you have (it should be 1 cup) and combine with the same amount of Apple Cider Vinegar (about 1 cup)
  • Put in a pot and simmer over low heat until you start to see little bubbles. DO NOT BOIL.
  • Add the same amount of sugar (about 1 cup) and stir until the sugar melts
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Transfer to a glass bottle, label and date

Yield: 2-3 cups (less than a quart)
Shelf Life: 7 days
