Cimarron Tequila, Pineapple, Lime, Cinnamon
In a shaker tin, combine:
2 oz Cimarron Tequila
.75 oz freshly juiced and strained pineapple juice
.75 oz fresh lime
.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• Hard shake then double strain into a Collins glass
• Garnish: Pineapple wedge and grated cinnamon
