A Sidecar is traditionally made with Cognac, a brandy from the Cognac region of France. So of course we sub in a Spanish brandy from Torres! We love that this cocktail is a bit lighter and adds some brightness to a typical lineup of dark and wintery cocktails.

RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL
In a shaking tin, combine:
- 1.75 oz Torres 10
- .5 oz Cointreau
- .75 oz Lemon
-.25 oz Simple
Shake for at least 30 seconds to incorporate and chill
Strain in to a chilled coupe glass
Garnish: Expressed lemon peel
