Nashville Summer Gin Tonic - Rosemary and Peppercorn

In a Copa/Globe wine glass, combine the following:

- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Infused Mahón Gin
- 4 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: Cucumber ribbon and lemon wheel

Rosemary and Pink Peppercorn Infused Mahón Gin:

- 1L Bottle Mahón Gin
- 2 pinches of sea salt
- Peels of 1 Lemon
- 2 teaspoons Pink Peppercorn
- 2 sprigs Rosemary

Infuse for 24 hours and then strain
