RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:

- 1.5 oz Ritual Gin
- 1 oz Seedlip Garden
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Honey Syrup
- Half a bar spoon, flattened of Matcha powder

Add ice. Shake vigorously to chill, combine, and dissolved the matcha.
Strain into a highball glass
Fill with fresh ice

  • Top with soda

Garnish: A bushy mint sprig
