RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

Build in a globe glass:

  • 2 oz Cilantro Infused Mahón Gin
  • 1 oz Guava Syrup
  • .25 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 drops Saline

Fill 2/3 full with ice and stir briefly to incorporate

  • Top with Gun Tonic

Garnish: Lemon Wheel and a few cilantro leaves

RECIPE FOR BATCH

CILANTRO INFUSED MAHÓN GIN

  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro Leaves (a few stems are ok)
  • 1 L Mahón Gin

Infuse for 4-6 hours, occasionally shaking vigorously. (The color should turn a light green)

  • 1 cup Guava Puree
  • 1 cup Simple Syrup
