Build in a globe glass:

  • 2 oz Ford's Gin
  • 1 oz Spring Mix
  • .25 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Gun Tonic

Add ice and stir briefly to incorporate

Garnish: Lemon Wheel and a pinch of rose petals

RECIPE FOR BATCH

SPRING MIX

  • 1 quart Cherry Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Lillet Rose
  • .25 oz Rose Water
  • 3 Orange Peels, Expressed

CHERRY SIMPLE SYRUP

  • 10oz Hot Water
  • 10oz Sugar
  • 2 Cherry Blossom Tea Bags (Harvey & Sons)

Let steep for 4 minutes. Remove tea bags and cool. The add:

  • 1 oz Bada Bing Cherry Juice
