Tito's Vodka, Spiced Pear Liqueur, Port-Maple Syrup, Fresh Lemon, Black Walnut Bitters
In a shaking tin, combine:
- 1.5 oz Tito's Vodka
- 1 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
- .75 oz Port-Maple Syrup
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
Shake for at least 30 seconds to incorporate and chill
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish: Dehydrated pear slice

- 3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
Shake for at least 30 seconds to incorporate and chill

- 15 oz Tito's Vodka
- 10 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
- 7.5 oz Port-Maple Syrup
