RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

  • 1.25 oz Torres 10 Brandy
  • 1 oz Bulleit Rye
  • .75 oz Amaro Sfumato
  • .25 oz Caramelized Fig Syrup (Liber & Co.)
  • 2 Spritzes of Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur

Preparation:

Combine brandy, rye, amaro and fig syrup in a mixing glass; add ice, stir well to chill and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a spritz of Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur and grated nutmeg.

Batch Preparation:

Combine 3.5oz batch in mixing glass; add ice, stir well to chill and strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a spritz of Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur and grated nutmeg.

11.25 oz Torres 10 Brandy

9 oz Bulliet Rye

6.75 oz Amaro Sfumato

2.25 oz Fig Syrup
