Orchard Margarita
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin; add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fanned apple slices and a piece of star anise.

Chai Tea Agave Syrup
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Steep tea bags in 1 cup hot water for 5 minutes; remove bags, being careful to press them gently to release any tea they’ve absorbed. Measure the strained tea (it should be roughly 3⁄4 cup) and add twice that amount of agave nectar (roughly 1 1⁄2 cups), stir well to incorporate and refrigerate syrup for up to two weeks.
In a quart container:
14 oz Teremana Reposado
5.25 oz Lime Juice
5.25 Chai Agave Syrup
5.25 Apple Cider
Yield: 7 cocktails
