RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine

  • 2 oz Apricot Infused Ford's Gin
  • .5 oz Lemon Jice
  • .75 oz Honey Cardamom Syrup
  • .25 oz Apricot Liqueur

Fill with ice, shake to chill and combine

Strain into a globe wine glass, fill 2/3 with ice

  • Top with gun tonic

Garnish: Rosemary Sprig, Lemon Wheel, and Honeycomb skewer

RECIPE FOR BATCH

Apricot Peppercorn Infused Gin

  • 1L Ford's Gin
  • 10 pieces dried apricot
  • Handful of peppercorns
  • 3 sprigs rosemary

Honey Cardamom Syrup

  • .25 cup Honey
  • .25 cup Sugar
  • .25 cup Water
  • 12 Cardamom pods, smashed open
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zet

Combine in a pot over medium-high heat until simmering. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.  Strain, quart, and label.
