In a shaking tin, combine:
- 2 oz Saffron Infused Mahón Gin
- 1 dash Cardamom Bitters
- 1 Orange Peel
Shake and strain into a Copa/Globe Wine Glass
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
Add:
- 4 oz Fever Tree Indian Tonic
Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: an orange peel, pinch of black peppercorns
Saffron Infused Mahón Gin:
- 1L Bottle Mahón Gin
- 1.5 grams saffron
Infuse for 24 hours and then strain
