RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a metal shaker combine:

2.75 oz Batched Cocktail

.75 oz Lime Juice

Hard shake to incorporate

Strain into salted glass (Half rim, as seen in photo. Salt rim shouldn’t look sloppy)

Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel

OR

In a metal shaker combine:

1.5oz Cimarron Blanco Tequila

0.5oz Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur

0.75oz Thyme Syrup

0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice

Hard shake to incorporate

Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel

In a quart container:

16.5 oz Cimarron Blanco Tequila

5.5 oz Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur

8.25 oz Thyme Syrup

Pimenton Salt Rim:

2 cups Coarse Kosher Salt / 1 cup Hot Smoked Spanish Pimentón
