Simple Syrup
RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:
- 2 oz Cazadores Blanco or Pueblo Viejo Tequila
- .5 oz Lustau Rosé Vermut
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- .25 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice

Shake to incorporate and chill
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
- Spritz once with rose water

Garnish: Fresh pomegranate seeds

In a shaking tin, combine:
- 4 oz Batch

Shake to incorporate and chill
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
- Spritz once with rose water

Garnish: Fresh pomegranate seeds

PITCHER

In a SMALL 1L pitcher:

- Fill with ice (about 1 quart)
- Add 6 oz Batch

In a shaking tin, combine:
- 6 oz Batch

Shake to incorporate and chill
Strain into pitcher over ice and batch

Garnish: Fresh pomegranate seeds in the pitcher
- Spritz each glass with rose water

RECIPE FOR BATCH

- 16 oz CazadoresBlanco or Pueblo Viejo Tequila
- 8 oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Lustau Rosé Vermut
- 2 oz Pomegranant Juice

Yield: 34 oz (a VERY full quart)
