RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a Copa/Globe wine glass, combine the following:

- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 1.5 oz Mahón Gin
- .5 oz Atxa Dry Vermouth
- 4 oz Q Spectacular Tonic

Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: Large lemon peel, thyme sprigs, marinated olives (rinse the oils off)
