Created by our guest mixologist from Chicago, Allie Kim. Granada, Spain is a city built on many legends and fables. The symbol of Granada is a pomegranate because the name actually translates to the fruit. It grows all over town and is used as a common design motif for architecture. Seedlip Grove 42 (Citrus) is a sophisticated, bright, citrus blend of Mediterranean Orange, Lemon Peel, Lemongrass and Ginger with a dry finish, and pairs wonderfully with the Pomegranate juice.

Build in the glass:

1.5oz Seedlip Grove

1oz Pomegranate Juice (POM Wonderful brand preferred)

0.5oz Lemon

0.75oz Simple Syrup

3 drops Orange Flower Water (Ziyad brand preferred)

Fill with ice, stir to incorporate

Top with Club Soda

Garnish with Lemon Wheel & Marigold
