A refreshing sipper that makes us long for the beaches of Ibiza. Don't be put off by the banana! It adds complexity, not sweetness.

RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a shaking tin, combine:

- 1.5 oz Ford's Gin
- .5 oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Banane
- .5 oz Manzanilla Sherry (Barbiana or fino sherry is also fine)
- .75 oz Lemon
- .5 oz Simple Syrup

Add ice. Shake lightly to chill and combine. *Overshaking creates too much dilution and the drink won't fit in the glass.
Strain into a chilled Coupe glass

Garnish: Lemon wheel

- 3 oz Batch
- .75 oz Lemon
