House GinTonic

Spaniards are obsessed with Gin & Tonics, the ultimate refresher; and for good reason. For our "House G&T" we use Fords Gin, a classic London Dry with a little more weight, and Fever Tree 'Mediterranean' Tonic. The tonic is infused with Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and thyme and also fresh citrus. We add more herbs and citrus in the form of a grapefruit peel and fresh tarragon, as well as a few juniper berries as a nod to the main botanical ingredient in gin.

RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a wine glass, combine:

2 oz Fords Gin

3.5 oz Fever Tree 'Mediterranean' Tonic

Add ice to fill glass 3/4 full. *Stir 3 revolutions to incorporate and chill.

Add garnish: Long grapefruit peel on an angle, then small Tarragon sprig, then finish with 3-5 juniper berries. Arrange together on one side of the glass.
