RECIPE FOR COCKTAIL

In a Copa/Globe wine glass, combine the following:

- Fill glass 2/3 with ice
- 2 oz Mahon Gin
- .25 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur
- .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 2 oz Tonic

Stir briefly to incorporate, then add:
Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge and a Cinnamon Stick
